Accrington Market is set to welcome visitors with a host of new attractions, including the 'Under the Clock Café', a new bar, three street food vendors, and an interactive gaming area, as part of its recent renovation.

The newly renovated Accrington Market is expanding its offerings with the introduction of several new features designed to enhance the visitor experience. Among the latest announcements are the Under the Clock Café, a new bar, three diverse street food vendors, and an interactive gaming area.
The Under the Clock Café, named after a historic local meeting point on Peel Street, aims to celebrate Accrington’s heritage. It will offer freshly prepared food, with a focus on sourcing ingredients from fellow market traders to support a micro-economy within the market. The menu will feature traditional café favourites such as full breakfasts, sandwiches, soups, and seasonal specials, alongside premium coffee from Exchange Coffee Company.
Three new street food vendors are also joining the market. Dough So Good will serve Neapolitan pizza and pasta, having been a finalist in the Pizza, Pasta & Italian Food Industry Awards. House of Bun will offer made-to-order burgers using quality ingredients and homemade sauces, and has been shortlisted for Food Trader of the Year at the Manchester Food and Drink Festival Awards 2024. GREEK’D will bring Greek-inspired street food, including Yeeros Skepasti and Gyromerida, made with fresh ingredients.
Complementing the food offerings will be a new market bar stocked with a wide range of drinks. Additionally, a new interactive gaming area will provide entertainment options such as interactive darts, virtual archery, shuffleboard, and table football.
